Everytime I come here, there is something wrong with my order and today may be the last time I give them a shot. Usually they forget a sauce or a special instruction, but today we got attitude, laziness, and old, cold fries AND nuggets. I usually enjoy the Wendy's brand, bit this location just isn't it. I don't know if it's a lack of good staff due to covid or just poor management, but something here needs to change.
The customer service was very poor. I would definitely not recommend eating at this location the worker there was very rude with a very nasty attitude. I also received cold food. Do not recommend this location!!
Just another example why these fast food places are hopefully dying off. Slow service, incorrect orders, cold food, and all that on top of continuously raising the prices for their beyond mediocre food. Save the disappointment and go to one of the many great local burger joints we have in the area!!
