Just went through this Wendy’s and they said it would be 15 minutes because it was shift change time. Then when I pulled around two employees were standing outside with headsets on and smoking
I did not even order after seeing over 10 flies hanging on the sign and wall behind the register I will pass just thinking of them crawling on everything in the kitchen Nope not for me
I am disabled, I use a cane and am on Oxygen. I have always been able to use mobile ordering and pick up in drive-thru. Today I was told I had to come inside, which I am unable to do and the Wendy's app, which was updated today, still allows you to choose, inside, drive-thru or curbside. Because of the "changes" they can no longer serve handicapped persons. This store is a franchise and no one could tell me how to contact the owner and there are no names or numbers on the windows like there are at other Wendy's and restaurants.
