9 Minute wait from Order to window. At window was informed they didnt have the Cripy Onion for the Pub Sandwich. Didnt offer different sandwich or even discount cost. 2 minutes later informed me I had a 1 minute wait for fries. So 12 minutes to make fres. Bacon was not crispy, Busted sign in parking lot makes the place look closed, Poor service. Amazed they havent closed down for good.

I can't recommend this particular Wendys location. The lobby is often closed during normal hours, they don't offer mobile order parking and takeout (like other fast food), and my most recent drive thru experience was over 20 minutes and the coke was out. Drive the extra distance for a different Wendys or try BK instead.

If I could give zero stars I would. WORST WENDYS EVER! There are no redeeming qualities at this location. Poor food quality, dirty, long lines and rude to boot. I heard a manager tell an employee to take an order even though she just told her she was clocked out. So shameful. My first job was with Wendy’s. Great company. This place clearly has poor management. Do better.
