After a long day of work and hours of commute through LA traffic, we decided to pull into the drive through to treat ourselves some snacks. After we received our food and realized they got our order wrong. The manager refused to change our orders and said that’s what we ordered. They really don’t care, and acts like it was our fault. We didn’t waste our time and energy and will probably never go back to Wendy’s again. 9/21/23 ~4:30PM
For the third time they've forgotten to give me everything in my order. Left out two 6 piece spicy nuggets and gave Dr pepper instead of Coca cola. Essentially I was charged more than what I received
The guy who took our order at the drive thru had such a welcoming tone, he was super nice. Food & drinks: My daughter and I love the frosty's and my spicy chicken sandwich was delectable.
