Wendy's

I did a mobile order. I went to pick up on my way home and even though the order was paid for ahead of time already taken out of my account the store had closed long before the said time on the app. Very rude employees. This is the 2nd time I've been there trying to order from the mobile app and gotten rude employees actions. The first time was during normal business hours (dinnertime) and employee raised to honor my pick up at drive thru. Told me I had to pick up inside. Not happy will be going to other store that is happy to serve with a smile and kindness and doesn't mind doing their job worth A+ attitude

I said five to food cause it was good for Wendy's and they got my order right which is rare cause I order a lot. Service was fast enough people just weren't overly friendly. Atmosphere was clean

Since when does the dining room close at 2pm?? Employee told my elderly parents that the dining room closes early everyday. It’s Saturday at 4:30 and the dining room is closed but the employee sitting down eating there meal in the dining room, says it’s closed? Management needs to do better and this location should stop being so lazy.
