Worst customer service experience ever. Took over 39 min to go through the drive thru. Girl came to take order twice only to say I have to go and I then came back eventually. I pulled to second window to go be told in a very sassy way I past the pay window. I advised the employee that there is a sign in the window that stated to not stop at that window. He said well I can’t take payment. I asked him what he wanted me to do because at this point I would have had to back up in the car pool line to go back to the first window. He then said give me your card. Another guy brought it back to me. Some girl then just stuck her hand out to the window with the bag without saying a word. Employees were plentiful in this particular location. Lack of care and common courtesy. I called to address my complaints with the manager Lawanda Simmons and the phone rang 50 times with no answer. I sure hope the owner of this Wendy’s addressed these problems. By the way I won’t be eating any of

My wife and I are from the Midwest, and we have not been impressed with the work ethic of people here since we've moved. This Wendy's is the typical example of disgusting restaurants. Every table (no exaggeration) was dirty, floor needed mopped; basic job requirements. We keep clorox wipes in our car here in the south for just this occasion. We cleaned a few tables while we were at it just to help out.

Taco salad with no meat or chips!!!! Asked for avocado to be added….$1.30and no avocado. We got 6 biggie bags and no straws in bags. I don’t know why they bother to ask whats the sauce for the nuggets like it makes a difference. Southwestern salad with no tomatoes. Very disappointed! I usually don’t make reviews but Wendy’s WAS one of my family favorite fast food restaurants a big family biggies bags help on a day out! If this was the first time I wouldn’t comment on this but it’s happening at different locations. Always something missing or wrong and have to get back in the line again if lobby is closed or we forget to check like today….
