Food has gone down the tubes!! You can never get anything fresh!! It's nothing like it was when there was a total re-up date when the food was fresh!! They fired all the good managers that really cared to make sure you were getting fresh good hot food not this nasty tasting food they call fresh when it's not you can even see that it's old food that's been sitting on the grill for hours!! Fries are even bad tasting!! You ask for a salad at night they never have them!!
Filthy. I've never seen it look so bad
Hands down the worst Wendy’s in Cincinnati. Staff was rude and not at all personable. I asked for spicy nuggets, I got regular ones, I asked for ranch I got BBQ sauce. I asked for Dr Pepper and got a coke. On top of it all my food was cold as can be. You guys need to reevaluate your staffing, and obviously your management too.
