Wendy's

This is my 1st time writing a Google review but it was needed. This is the 3rd time in a row that the service and food has been awful. I've been a customer at this Wendy's since 1993. The drive through staff was rude. The worst service.I hope the owner of this particular franchise will quickly get things back in the shape that it was before about 2 weeks ago. I've spoken to two managers. The second trip and my visit 15 minutes ago.

Avoid this place at all cost, still one of the few eatery that closes the lobby to the public forcing customers to the drive thru, where you spend an hour just to order and spend $11.71. You dont get printed receipts, in fact when I asked the manager where's my receipt, she told me that the printers don't work, but i could gove her my phone thru the window for her to take a picture of the cash register's screen for proof of transaction. And btw, this Wendy's prides itself on limited food options, half of what is advertised on the menu board is not available for purchase,. There are better options on the other side of the street etc KFC, TACO BELL, MCDONALD'S BOJANGLES AND CRACKER BARREL.

I was in the area working and decided to stop in and grab a late lunch for a few of us. The drive thru had quite a number of cars already in line, so I decided to park and order from the counter inside. Everything was handicap accessible and extremely well-maintained. The staff members that I encountered were all very friendly and personable. The food was freshly prepared and the French fries were piping hot, with just a hint of sea salt (I believe). The only downside being that, there were a few customers ahead of me and they appeared to have been waiting for their food for quite some time. And they were out of ketchup. Not a big deal, in itself, but you could see that some of the customers were less than pleased. If you took the time to read this review, please take a 1/2 second and click like. Thank you.
