With Charlotte rain and a poor drive thru setup that doesn’t shield from said rain (thunderstorm) then a rude manager I’m assuming she is. I waited in like everyone else little girl in the rain at that, it’s neither your fault or mines this location has no overpass so customers are literally getting soaked to place an order for fast food. My being new the state I guess others don’t mind, but I thought I could place an order at the door and call it a day. I was met with some attitude, as if I had cut the line on a clear sunny day and was demanding service. I simply didn’t want to get soaked to place an order for a burger little girl. Be gracious next time fast food girl.
We ordered 3 $5 Biggie Bags and a kids meal nuggets. Food was hot and fresh, the wait time wasn't long. Wheelchair accessibility: This store has wheelchair access that was visible.
Customer service through a drive-thru line was not very good. And the wait time was longer than expected once the order was placed.
