I just went to Wendy's on rivers ave and ordered 3 double stack and 2 large fries. I asked the lady could I please have some key and mayo. She grabbed my bag and threw it in the bag, I told her she could be a little nicer. When I got back to my job. I looked in my bag and there was 3 double stacks and 2 large fry. I'm not coming back up to get the other one. Matter I will never go back. You just lost one customer. Matter she took my credit card and didn't give me a receipt
Drive-thru experience was awful, I will not recommend anyone to eat there, besides the lady taking the orders seems to be unhappy with her job and everyone that goes there in general. Both times we went eat there she was rude and gave us wrong drinks in our order, besides trying to make us drive around again to order again. If anyone knows how to contact corporate and let them know about the kind of management they have in this location would be appreciated.
It's been a long time since I had visited those location and it had really gone down hill. Food was good though.
