Wendy's

Theresa did a great job on service. She went beyond not only for my partner and I but with every customer she had great customer service and communication with her team. The food was exceptional. We will definitely be back ????

I have no complaints about my stop today. The service was excellent with practically no wait time. The food tasted great and I was able to eat inside, which is important to me. In fact, I stopped at this Wendy's the next day and they didn't have enough help for the inside to be open and I ate elsewhere.

I had the worst customer service experience at this location yesterday. They had a piece of paper taped on their drive through machine to just pull up to the second window. After waiting my turn in line I pulled up to the second window with my car window rolled down and the man at the window looked at me then just moved away from window. I understand that people are short-staffed these days so I figured that he was busy doing something so I patiently waited and a few seconds later he peaked his head back through the window and just stared at me. After just looking at me for a few seconds he motioned his head as if to say "what do you want." Not a single word came out of his mouth but I understood and gave him my order. It was the most impolite customer service experience I've had. I don't need to have a warm greeting at the Wendy's drive through but to blankly stare at my face and expect me to understand what you want me to do is unrealistic.
