Wish I could give no stars. The "manager" latrice or something not only was rude to me when I called (called 10 times before they answered) she also yelled and snapped at my uber eats driver as well. When I called to speak with her she was too busy interrupting me to even listen to what I had to say. Highly recommend not putting someone with her poor customer service skills in a management position
Freestyle Coke machine had no ice and was out of 75% of options. Every table was disgusting. Bathroom was a nightmare. Food was cold and made me sick. Employee walking around in pajama pants
I could list out 20 different things wrong with this place. Waited 15-20 for my breakfast in the drive thru this time for them to come out and then let me know they have no iced coffee and I can request a refund online. It’s always a mess there with their employees. Messed my sandwich up too. Was too scared to send it back as who knows what they would do to it with their 83 food score. Also-doors stay locked so good luck going in. LOL
