I have to walk right now due to vehicle issues and there were no signs posted about the lobby being closed. They had the phone either disabled or just off the hook to call and ask when it would open again. I lost out on my lunch break. Only had time to run and grab a drink for a 9 hour day. The employees just stared at me at the door to ask a question or went and hid. Horrible customer service.
Order was wrong, Blonde guy at the window was rude, this location needs to get it together. I get that it's fast food but yall cmon.
EVERY hamburger joint ALWAYS screws my order up since they went to FORCING you to buy a cheeseburger instead of having hamburgers on the menu.
