Wendy's, in general, has become too expensive. I very rarely eat fast food, so I don't have anything to compare to. $18 for two poorly thrown together burgers, a very, and a Frosty is ridiculous. Fortunately, we always check bags before leaving the drive-thru. There was no spoon for the Frosty. Upon asking, they told us they were out of spoons. I asked how I'm supposed to eat the Frosty and received a very helpful, "I dunno". I said I want my money back if there's no way for me to eat it in the car and got a blank stare from the window. Since I had to drive the conversation, I asked if they had any utensils - even a fork. The person disappeared and somebody else came to the window (I'm assuming this was someone with the title of "Manager"). She tells us they are out of spoons, so we asked how we (or anybody else who orders one) are supposed to eat a Frosty without a utensil. This challenging question was answered this time with a shrug.
