Stopped in off highway because it didn't look packed, no cars in parking and it looked like a few cars in drive thru. Pulled up got out and the inside was closed and drive thru full. We sat in the drive thru for what felt like 20 minutes or so. When we finally got to drive thru window; I asked to speak with a manager, and advised her that she should put a sign in window stating that the inside was closed. Not sure if sign was put up or not; but I do know they lost alot of business.

Health Department needs to close them down until they clean up their act. Cleaning supply chemicals on table top with food storage container; overflowing garbage bin in the kitchen and supply boxes. This was a quick stop off of the highway on a long trip. I pray no one gets sick.

Update 09/29/22: Service remains incredibly slow. Today I placed a mobile order from their app for just a drink. There were six orders ahead of me in the queue. Instead of filling easy orders to get people out the door, they strictly use a first in first out model for fulfilling orders. So I had to wait over 25 minutes for the six orders before mine with multiple food items to be cooked, before my they poured my single drink into a cup. To make it worse they gave me the wrong drink. So I had to wait even longer to try and get an employee's attention in order for them to make the beverage that I actually ordered. Lastly we also got to witness a screaming argument between the manager and one employee which ended in the employee being told to go home. Extremely poor management which was reinforced when the employee came to the front counter to apologize to all the customers that witnessed the outburst. The manager never said a word to the 15 or so customers standing around waiting for the
