Wendy's

Went there yesterday,ordered,after paying was told frosty machiune is broken,so instead of a refund we were givin 2 drink cups and were told its the same price.Why do these dump survive?But the dumb girl didnt thing its not a frosty???DUH!

My wife put a mobile order in but when she pulled up at the drive through the worker yelled at her (repeatedly) that they were closed. It was 7:30. They close at ten. He turned her and the person behind her away because they didn’t have enough employees. That’s fine but don’t be a jerk. She went to Burger King where they _also_ don’t have enough employees and got food right away. This Wendy’s is the worst, but more and more Wendy’s seem to be having the same kinds of problems.

Ordered walk-in carryout online and paid on the app, went to go inside and both doors were locked. Switched to the drivethru and nobody answered the intercom for the 20 minutes i sat there in line. Drove around and saw 4 employees inside. Never got my food yet i paid full price.
