Groom Road location...Pregnant Worker at drive thru...all attitude, didn't appear to want to be there, hair uncombed..very disappointing experience. Started to pull off because it was too much to deal with. Understand the pregnancy with hormones, etc, but the rest was unnecessary.
Very typical of Baton Rouge service? Poor. Fries were cold. Burger mediocre. Service non existent. Some days cash only, some days card or exact cash only. Long lines, slow drive through. Given Diet Coke instead of Dr. Pepper. It’s always drama filled garbage. Again, very typical of Baton Rouge.
Negative 5 stars!!!! Just in line for 40 mins during shift change in drive through lane. Finally get up to where we order and nobody says anything. Sat there another 10 mins waiting so just finally left and they just waved bye to us through window as we went by. So hopefully nobody ever stops there again cuz we definitely wont be!!!
