Wendy's

I just spent 15 minutes in the drive thru only to be told at the window they didn’t have some items we ordered. I’m not really sure how this location is still in business. Over the past two months I have made two attempts to go to this location. Last time they didn’t have chicken nuggets. This time they were out of Diet Coke, chicken nuggets, and baked potatoes. Between the odd hours and never really knowing when they will be open or closed and seemingly always having the slowest service of any fast food I’ve encountered along with the mediocre food (if they even have it), again I’m not sure how this location manages to stay open? Do better.

Poor management and staffing causing a problem with customers aka bullying... They need to fix the staffing and find someone who actually knows what they are doing... I hope noone eats here and gets food poisoning... Dirty n nasty

I have lived near this Wendy’s for years and everyone I decide to give them another try it’s always the same thing. Either they are closed during hours they should be open, or the fries and Nuggets are cold. We also have to wait for a long time for someone to come to the intercom, then the window. Plainfield Wendy’s is further but always a much better experience!
