Wendy's

Always serving all the way up till 2AM not like others Wendy's (2200 W State Rd 434, Longwood, FL 32779) that be closing way before scheduled hours (12am they be closing at 10pm with the open sign still ON!), now this location it's by far the best within the area deserve 6 stars!! Good, Fast & Friendly Staff !! At least with me it has always been like this, this feedback is based in my own experience, I know it can be different depending the hours or crew, I usually go here late night.

This used to be a five star Wendy's. That is no longer the case. A real shame to see this one go down the toilet. I used to frequent this Wendy's about a year ago. I moved from the area temporarily and have returned to see it is being run like a circus. Customer service is non-existent. It's comparable to one of those novelty restaurants that disrespect you on purpose. I ordered 2 biggie bags today and it seemed as if I was hassling you. I'm sorry that I in error decided to give your location any of my business. I'm sorry that you are evidently volunteering to take orders and in no way being compensated. At least that's what the attitude tells me. Wendy's used to pride themselves on being the freshest; the best fast food around. What an absolute joke you have made of yourselves. To start this review off there's two teams I've been coming here for a month straight and team 1 is the black/white team running and they're fantastic, everything is spectacular 5 stars ???? for them. But team 2 is the Hispanic team yes there fast but they barely speak English and they try to push and rush your order and they messed up my order. So I asked them if they can fix it and they refused I asked for light ice I got a cup of ice, my fries have no salt, and they combined two orders into one and then refused to separate them, on top of all of this the employee got the manager and she refused to do anything as well. Team two gets 2 stars ???? everything was 1-2 stars besides the food which was a 4 stars ????
