Waterworks Pizzeria & Tavern

My husband and I were here on Saturday, July 23rd. We thought everything went well until the following day when we learned that the bartender gave my husband back the wrong debit card. I didn't think too much of it until we tried to retrieve his debit card. Each time we called the ladies who answered the phone from Waterworks were very rude and didn't give us a direct answer to whether or not they had his debit card. Luckily the gentlemen whose card we had contacted us through mutual friends and we were able to met up with him to returned his card. Unfortunately, he did not have my husbands debit card and so we had to go back to Waterworks to retrieve it. That's when the nightmare began!! The lady (Mar, short for Mary or something like that) was very rude. First, she did not acknowledge our presence whatsoever, then when I got her attention she told me that she was very busy, in a rude tone, and asked if we could come back later or wait until she had time. Top notch best time ever..1st time. The pizza is the best that I've had..it's already thin crust half of on mondays.Mondays.. the server Norma..I cannot say enough about..her customer service was on key ever time she passed us. Very attentive. Will recommend..

We ordered a sausage pizza, mild wings, and fries for takeout. The pizza was OK, though maybe a little burnt. The wings were super under seasoned, they were basically flavorless. The fries were also unsalted. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt and say that the food is probably better when you eat in (and you’ve had a few beers ????)
