Watami Sushi Bistro

Sushi was excellent quality. The service is really slow though, so be prepared for that if you sit down to eat. There's just 2 of them from what I could see, the server and the chef, so it takes some time to get your food. Some of the best sushi in the area though, so worth it in my opinion!

Pretty tasty sushi rolls at a reasonable price. Love their mango roll, rainbow roll, sunshine roll, and the dragon roll. I'm sure I'd like alot more rolls if I tried them. The owner operators are always friendly and wave when we arrive and leave. In fact, I like the rainbow roll a special way with eel sauce and sesame seeds, which isn't the norm. However, the sushi chef always makes it like I like, and I don't even have to ask. I love Watami Sushi Bristo, and I hope you do as well.

My husband and I waited an hour and twenty minutes for our food to be served. We were five minutes from just leaving when they finally brought it out. There were people that arrived after us that were receiving their sushi orders before us. There was a server that was pretty rude. The sushi was good, except the California roll it was gross. The California roll had a crab stick in the middle instead of the crab/kewpie mixture. The price for the sushi was great for what we got.
