Wasabi Japanese Steakhouse

We had a party of 13 for my mother in laws birthday. Setting reservations had to be done by phone due to the amount of people. Your full party must be there in order to be seated which is understandable. The server sucked. Her attitude when being seated and when ordering- asking questions started the experience off badly. She came off as if we were bothering her. In a normal situation I would have left or talked to a manager but I was hoping to let it go and we would not deal with her much and we didn't have to. Luckily our Cook with all the arm tattoos was amazing. He had the perfect personality for our table. He is the only reason I will give them another chance. Our food was great.

I unfortunately didn’t even get to eat there as the place smelled of sewage and mildew upon entering. After going inside I noticed that the windows of the entrance were so dirty that i could barely see through them. There was a flowers and other items filled with dust and dirt which were both very visible. The bathrooms had not been cleaned and there were rings in the sinks and toilets. I decided to just leave as i was concerned about how the kitchen itself looked. Even when walking out i saw mold on the baseboard. Very terrible experience

Every time I come it’s always super good food. Dinner time can be busy but the lunch is fabulous!! The server I had was very nice and attentive and the chef was great. I would say it needs to have a DEEP clean of the whole restaurant. But other than that it’s awesome! Love coming here with my family. Also great portion size. You’re always gonna need a to go box.
