I really wanted to like this place and find a good burger in this area, but this one has let me down. I'm allergic to tomatoes, and have tried on two occasions to order a burger with no tomatoes. For whatever reason, this was ignored twice. I get that people are busy and I understand that mistakes happen so I didn't want to leave a bad review until it happened a second time (which happened to be the second time we ordered food. The food is fantastic but the staff are all young teenagers. It's a little off-putting when you're waiting for your food to be prepared and you can hear them arguing with each other. The atmosphere takes a bit of a hit when you can just hear the staff yelling at each other, particularly the kitchen staff being unnecessarily rude to the girls at the register. I've been waiting for my food and watched people eat their food quickly and leave because of it. Vegetarian options: I was very impressed with their vegetarian options available. Parking: The parking lot is one big one for multiple businesses, Warren's and Kent's Grocery Store being the big two.

I have always gotten exactly what I ordered and it's always really good. The problem is the cost! I could go to a nice restaurant. Over $50 for 3 burgers, fries, and shakes is ridiculous!! We could get 3 steak meals at Texas Road House for that! … More
