Walt's Tavern -Quick Service Only

Worst dining experience I have ever encountered. I should have noted the signs from the beginning. I began calling at 11 a.m in attempt to make reservations due to a larger party. I was unable to ever speak with a person and left a message. No return call. Ultimately I had to drive to the restaurant to make reservations in person as a local family member was excited to try out this location. Upon arriving, I entered ahead to inform the hostess that a member of our party uses a wheelchair for mobility. She stated " I think there is a ramp on the side" . After manually pushing the chair around the building, we eventually lifted it up the stairs. Upon re-entry the same hostess stated " oh I'm sorry, a manager could have helped you" as apparently there was a wheelchair lift to the side of the building. After sitting, we waited greater than 40 minutes to place our order. The meals chosen for the children were unavailable as later informed after waiting. When the food was delivere

Food and beverages were very good. Service at the bar and table was spotty. The place was busy. The staff really wasn't attentive. Dirty appetizer plates sat on our table into dinner. Drinks had to be ordered way ahead of time to ensure we didn't spend to long without any. I'd go again, avoid peak hours though.

Good food BUT the managers there need to learn how to talk to their employees. They were yelling at them from across the bar and were just plain rude. Not matter what the circumstance is, that is not way to talk to your associates especially IN FRONT OF THE WHOLE BAR. This is NOT the first time I’ve seen this happen either. Not sure if I want to keep coming to this restaurant if I’m going to see uncomfortable and awkward situations. Disgusting in my opinion. The young ladies looked annoyed/upset when getting yelled at multiple times and I can understand why!!!
