One of the consistent good brunch spots in the neighborhood. Service - Great accommodating service - were a really big bunch of about 9 guys and they put few tables in the back for us even during peak Sunday rush time. Value - similar to everywhere the prices for food have gone up due to inflation. Don’t know of any cheaper brunch places anymore at this level (Niles brunch cafe, yolk, buttermilk pancake ????, wild berry). Portions - usually for this price and the Santa Fe omelette combo u used to get stuffed by the time you finished your meal. But not this time as the size of the pancakes ???? have decreased by a great length. They used to be normal pancake / full size but now they are the eggo ready to eat breakfast box size. Miniature and felt like a joke. I would rate it 3.5 / 5.
This establishment is our go-to! It never fails... Everything we order is delicious. The service is always wonderful and the pancakes with ice cream and strawberries are out of this world! What makes Walker Bros. even better is having servers like Marissa. She is always attentive, professional and welcoming. Two thumbs up for her and two thumbs up for this wonderful establishment.
This place is a traditional waffle/pancake house. I ordered the corn beef hash it looked like a blob of dog food on my plate and was not very good. The poached eggs were perfect and the wait staff was very attentive and friendly. Even the busser was sweet. If we go again, I think I will order a waffle which looked like their specialty and looked quite good. It is close to the Holocaust museum.
