Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux - Spring Restaurant

We got there at 11PM. They close at midnight. There were about 8 ppl there, so not crowded at all. Our waitress and the rest of the staff were very friendly and had smiles throughout our entire visit. We got The Blueberry Coconut Mojito and the Raspberry Lemonade. Both drinks were really good. For an appetizer we got the Boom Boom Shrimp- Good, For dinner we ordered Blackened Redfish Tacos, Hickory Burger and Blackened Catfish Atchafalaya. We sent our fries back because they weren't fresh and they brought cold fries back out so we just didn't eat them. I'm thinking it was late and they probably turned off the fryer and didn't want to turn it back on. Food was good though. I really like their chips and queso. The restaurant was clean and bright, lots of tv's. Silverware was clean and the ambiance was nice. I recommend this location. Parking: Lots of parking

I'd say better than most sports bars in the Spring Area. Really good appetizers (they call em mozzarella logs for a reason ????). Margarita was ok but their Colada Rocks tasted like a vacation????️????️! Was looking forward to gumbo coz Louisiana.. but it was too salty (and I like salty food). Atmosphere was great, not too loud and crazy. Lots of screens and every angle of the place is not wasted to address your sport viewing needs. Server was very attentive and no lag time between orders and having our drinks filled. Had a great time and would be back to try other appetizers, entrees, and signature cocktails.

Late dinner 9ish pm with the whole family( 7 total: 2 adults 5 teenagers) our waitress started pretty good. She got all the drink orders in. My margarita was ok nothing special, it did taste pretty blend even with the jalapeños. The food came to the table at a decent time. The waitress wasn’t as attentive afterwards. We needed refills, but weren’t able to get her attention she was pretty busy holding a conversation with another employee. It must of been something pretty exciting since she was giggling the whole time. This wasn’t our first time we frequent this place often. Food isn’t amazing it’s just your average sports bar bites. Customer service definitely needs improvement.
