Food EXCELLENT. Maybe the best Waldo’s in Illinois by a landslide! That being said….some of the worst / unprofessional customer service you’ll ever experience. A update and change in culture could help. But the slow times and excuses made for not making orders that are paid for is unacceptable. If you call in to ask a question you’re given a push back attitude that implies something is your fault when it’s not even the case. Small things like this is why you see companies go out of business! Not asking them to be fake but it gets kinda ridiculous when you got a staple in a city that a lot of people love. Lastly I spoke to the owner who ASSURED me they were making it and proceeded to have an attitude when I didn’t even curse anyone out or anything ???? I just wanted my food…WEIRD!!!! Two delivery drivers who waited for over an HOUR . Had to update tip for convenience because the restaurant can’t even take accountability. Easily the worst delivery experience ever. Pizza has a great taste but noticed the sizes are smaller. Ordered a small and a large recently and definitely noticeable. They tried to make it look like the small had a lot of squares but they cut the squares so small, looked like domino pieces.

Drove past this place and saw they sold slices. Even though I am not a fan of thick pizza, I did enjoy this slice. I was almost like a deep dish so if you like that then try this place out.
