The food was pretty good, but portions were kinda small and pricy. Service was good. I believe they charged extra for the sauce and sides too.... They had a little show in the center area at certain times or hours. I wouldn't really come back again since there's an all you can eat hot pot place I usually go to that is cheaper and has a ton of food selection to choose from for hot pot and with bbq too. Overall experience here was nice and food was good though. Reservations are for VIP rooms. We just walked in and waited about 15 mns.
Would rate 100 stars if I could! First time here and trying the hotpot with the cute little teddy bear! It was amazing! The broth and flavors were on point. I definitely recommend the bone broth and the spicy broth with the teddy bear of course ???? The manager and our server were so kind and the best ever. They made sure our first visit there was special. They even gave us a free plate for free on the house! We decided to even buy the membership for 38.99 a year so we can get the buy 1 get 1 at the end of the month on Wednesday. We got seated very late close to 10pm after waiting for 2 hours and they were In no rush of kicking us out either and told us to take our time eating, despite the fact that they closed at 10:30pm. They even left us take home our leftovers in nice big bowls and a pretty bag. I will definitely be coming back again at the end of the month!
I don't have much experience in hotpot review, I only when to a few hotpot places, but I will 100% recommend this place for sure. Comparing to other places, this place is more expensive but I think it worth. Welcome our party from the gate to the table is the smile from the staff. After we settle, our server starts to explain and advise which option of the hotpot is good to choose, all of the meat options, etc. Overall, he explained the whole menu so you don't have to worry. I will highly recommend the wagyu combo, it is the most expensive option (around $100 for a portion), but it's worth the money. We called a soup base that come with the orange bear and the soup is extremely spicy even in the mild level. The other one is the mushroom soup base. Overall, the experience at this place is beyond amazing and definitely we will come back.
