Waffletto Coffee & Waffles

Cute place, friendly staff. Food looks amazing but tastes bland. Do not get the caramel cold brew.. trust me! Probably wouldn't go back but glad we tried it.

I’ve been here a couple times for lunch. The café closes at 3:00pm yet both times they started cleaning up 90 minutes before closing. The place is cute, staff is great, and food is good, however The sound of chairs scraping and being stacked, the sweeping and mopping, and especially the smell of cleaning disinfectant is not good customer service while you’re having your meals. Waffletto is not inexpensive, and so we didn’t like feeling as though they were rushing us out. I would have given them four stars otherwise.

My friend wanted to try this place so we went for breakfast. The restaurant itself was clean and spacious. The prices were a little high but if the food is good then it's worth it. So there were 4 of us and our food came out at different times. My friend took one bite and there was a hair visible in the waffle. She took it up and they remade her plate but since our food came out at different times we were all done eating by the time her food came out. I thought they should at least have offered to comp her meal for the inconveniences but they didn't. The way they stack the sandwich makes it hard to eat with a fork and knife but they drizzle syrups on top so messy to eat with just your hands. The bacon was sad looking I mean for the price I think you should get thicker bacon. The bacon reminds me of the precooked kind that you microwave. I wasn't very impressed. Waffle house is cheaper and tastier for me personally.
