Waffle Love - Ogden

We found this amazing cafe while visiting the area. There are many creative but not ridiculous options on the menu. We all had the chicken and waffles but I added strawberries and cream cheese frosting on mine. This made it very sweet but was a good balance to the savory fried chicken. The chicken was cooked just right and was very juicy. The waffle was perfect, fluffy without being too bready. This meal was just the perfect portion. Would definitely return here again when back in town.

We have had so many great experiences at this location however our most recent experience was awful. The chicken was burnt and the waffles were straight dough. When we brought up the waffle to the employee thinking that things happen, we would just receive another one, we were told that nothing was wrong with the waffle and that it was just the sugar that makes it look doughy. Unless the recipe has changed, we’ve never received a waffle that looked and tasted like undercooked dough in the past. Truly disappointing.

Ordered online got conformation that my order would be ready at 5:45. Made it to the restaurant in time for when the order was supposed to be ready for pick up. Walk up to the door and the door is locked. Notice some one in the back they saw us thought they would open the door. Nothing have tried to knock and call the restaurant with no response. We have been waiting for over half an hour as of now and still no response. After 45 minutes, I called a different location and was able to get my food.
