Waffle House

5 Point WW Breakfast: Two orders of hash browns (4pt) with grilled onions (0pt) and jalapenos (0pt) and some ketchup (1pt). Add a grilled chicken breast (0pt) and you're set to go. The chicken we had this morning was flavorful, delicious, well spiced, and perfectly cooked. My wife, not a fan of the bird, even enjoyed it. She mentioned to our waitress that it was better than some of the more expensive places we enjoy who seem to try too hard with their chicken dishes. In all my years of eating WH, I've not ever ordered chicken. That stops today.

Came in right after a rush so I get it I have to wait.And I also came as a group of 5 so it's ok. The thing is people came after and still got tables before we did.I thought "ok were a group of 5, we want to sit together. So wait." There is a 5 seat table but they blocked 2 for pickup.... So ok. That means they'll let us know when we can be seated. We're waiting on the 6 high chairs/bar area. She's taking her time cleaning which is ok (I still don't think it shouldn't take as long as it did) and when she finishes she doesn't call us over. Next thing you know 2 people come and sit down right where we were waiting so I'm telling the lady "mam I thought we were gonna sit there?" And she says I thought ya'll didn't want sit there because of the baby" when did she tell us this?????? She never asked if it was a problem. This whole situation could have been avoided if she said something from the start. NEVER DOING DINE-IN.

The food was amazing and the waiter has been the best server I’ve had in my life. He’s so funny and charismatic. Our whole table had a really great night. He definitely needs a promotion. Again the food was amazing.
