After getting the worse treatment(or lack there of) at 2 previous waffle house's this morning. I came to this waffle house and experienced great customer service and overall hospitality by Courtney and Jerry! They both of which seemed tired however went above and beyond for me as well as the other customers in the store. These two are examples of showing up and displaying kindness and professionalism! Thank you for the great meal and restoring my faith in not only waffle house's customer service but knowing there are still great people in this world!
Went in and sat down. Only one other lady there. The tables were nasty - No one came over or said anything to us. I have been here before and it was great. Found another one and ate there it was great. Won't be back to this one on Eagles landing across from Kroger.
This by far is the best managed waffle house I have ever been in, they all worked as a team from the waitress to the cook and even the manager on duty very pleased with the service and the food. My wife and I travel a lot and have visited many different locations and we agreed that this is the best waffle house we have been to so far in our travels and it will be a hard one to beat. Special thanks to the entire staff that was working the day of our visit 10/22/2022
