Waffle House

This location on Memorial Drive in OKC has the absolute WORST service ever! I was in the restaurant on Sunday afternoon 10/30/22 around 1:20pm. There was a bit of a rush, so I sat at the bar. Waitresses walking back and forth passing me, no one ever spoke, offered me a drink or said “we’ll be with you in a minute ma’am”. After sitting there for over 20 minutes, a cook “Isiah” who was the only professional soul in that building said “ma’am what would you like to eat, I see you’ve been waiting quite a while. He took my order, cooked it and served me- THE COOK! Not one waitress even acknowledged my presence. He asked one of them to write the ticket up, when I went to pay, I left a $10 tip and wrote” FOR ISIAH”. I will never visit this establishment again. There were no clean tables, poor service and they give Waffle House a bad name. Isiah cooked the food to perfection. I recommend going elsewhere if you want to be treated human.

We pre-ordered food from website and it said food would be ready by 138pm. My husband arrived and food was not ready and they just started cooking. Then the woman (employee) had audacity to say they don't give us syrup unless we order from web first. I gave 1 star cause food was delicious! But customer service was horrible and pre-ordering was a fail!

Outstanding And ecstatic customer service. Food is amazing. Hit the spot…I mean just look at the photos. Come eat, be merry, tip well because this place is definitely amazing.
