Hi everyone I hope you all are having a great day. My name is Becca and I'm the relief manager at this location. I just want to thank you for choosing us and taking a few minutes of your time to leave us a review. I'm very proud of the team we have built over this last year. Our team works very hard each day to make sure our customers have a great experience. You could have went anywhere and you chose us, thank you. If you're in a rush and trying to get your meal and go. Do not call to make a to go order cause they will not answer. I called at 3:23 pm multiple times and no one answered the phone. I finally get to the location and the building is empty except for 1 customer and 3 employees (1 smoking, 1 walking inside and 1 sitting inside) I called again from the parking lot no one still didn't answer. I have a 30 minute break and being able to call it in saves time. So now I have to wait 10-15 mins for my food after a 10 min drive. This is a continuous problem with both University and Geyer Springs locations that need to be fixed

What happened to the friendly people and the normally very good food????? OMG!!!!
