Most waffle houses are good to go but the one we stopped at in Butts was dirty and the food was not that good. When you kid that loves waffle house says that the waffles were not good you know it's bad.
When my husband and I went here, all of 2nd shift called out right before their 2pm shift so the older lady and cook had to stay later just to cover the store. Those two are some good employees
It's disappointing when u are trying to place an order by phone and the reason I heard was if the manager is not present the office is lock and no employee has a key to open it. What other restaurant does this where is the responsibility if something happens But on a good note the employees are great Parking: Parking area is smaller than others but it works Little harder for 18 wheelers and campers with a tow
