Waffle House

Always great customer service! Don't like seeing the staff having to pay for music to be played. They don't make a lot of money. I guess they don't need music but it helps to make the day go faster. I go very often and I love this staff!!!!

Awful service Food was cold and old Ordered coffee but the cup had lipstick on the rim and when I complained server got irritated with me and walked away grumbling and I had to speak to the manager to replace my coffee and when she reprimanded him he came back with an even worse attitude. Ordered 3 waffles and got two so my child had to wait 20 minutes to finally get her waffle, when I told the server he brought the receipt only for me to have to point out that I ordered 3 waffles, only for him to go and ask someone else to come and talk to us so we did not get our waffle until someone else gave it to us. The only decent employees were the two cooks and the manager. Very many people were waiting for their meals from only one server. Only giving one star because I can’t give zero. Please improve.

Waffle house never disappoints. One time I came at this location and it was too busy so I left. Today tried again and though it was busy but I managed to find an empty and clean table. I ordered as usual and waited for the food to arrive. I was slightly disappointed at the toast since it was clearly burnt. The cook responsible for it should be sent for an eye test soonest possible. The waitress was kind enough to replace it for me. Other than this issue I enjoyed the breakfast. The lower rating is due to burnt toast. The picture of the toast in the menu on the table,which is golden brown is what I expected instead it looked like chocolate Labrador when it arrived ????????????
