Waffle House

Great service, horrible food. I visited this location 5 times before leaving this review. It's cleaner than most as it's newer and the employees are super pleasant. But they put out the lowest quality food of any WH I've been to. The cool uses way too much oil, which is saying a bit for a WH. But I can deal with that. My problem is he doesn't cook bacon or chicken properly. It's inedible. I showed up hungry and left hungry and disgusted.

Service is horrible!!!! Worst Waffle House I’ve ever been to in over 50 years. Order was taken, never received coffee or our food. After several tables were served, who came in after we ordered we left. First and last trip.

This is the only waffle house I've ever seen that isn't open 24 hours. I dont know when they close, but they open at 7am. Managers have told me they just don't have enough people, but it's been an issue for at least a few months, and it leads me to think they aren't treating staff well enough and aren't paying a decent wage to keep them around. I'm sort of baffled as to why management isn't covering the shifts themselves because it's clearly damaging the brand reputation, and every time I work the early shift I see confused, disappointed people standing outside. When they're open, the food is good and the staff are all polite, I just don't know when they'll actually be open.
