Stopped in for Breakfast, like many other businesses nowadays, and some other wafflehouse location I expected lackluster service, but was very surprised by the hellos and the genuine smiles. The place was busy, but still clean. My server was Tonya. She was super nice, always smiling. I saw something out of the corner of my eye while eating my meal that really shocked me. It was Tonya sitting a refill down next to my drink. I didn't have to ask, I didn't run dry. Service was excellent and good was cooked perfect. Glad to see people that appear to enjoy their work. I wished I was closer to this location, it would be my go-to. Maybe they should have these folks train some of the other location
10/10 best waffle house in DFW. Kiyanna I believe was her name was an excellent server! This crew is so good! Can't recommend it enough. All the food is priced including sales tax.
We went in for dinner/breakfast after just arriving at the airport. We were pleased that it was open 24 hrs. And completely satisfied with our experience. Chelsea and Denise took care of us and they were wonderful! Polite, good humor and happy to be there even at 1am. The food was beyond words! Cece cooked our meal and was also the crew's supervisor and we were able to praise her and her crew before leaving.
