Waffle House

This was the Germantown Parkway location across the street from Starbucks on 11/06/2026. The female server never offered refills on the coffee. My hashbrown looked liked it had been scrubbed across the grill with black burnt chips in it. The grits was good and Texas sandwich was too (3 stars). The service was just poorly done at this WH compared to any other locations I been to. Very appalled.

If I could give no stars I would. There is a server that just goes around complaining about her job and about people taking things away from her and when we tried to be sitter she gave us attitude and she was being really rude about 4 to a table but my daughter was the 5th person she is tiny and fit in the booth with us and she proceeded to be rude about it and I guess her boyfriend was there in a both by himself and I tried to explain that the define prints says 2 to a booth and why was there one guy there when we could had used the table to sit us all by each other. I'm coming from Georgia and this is honestly the worst waffle with the worst service ever. My daughter loves waffle house so it was sad that we had to go and find another place to eat because of this poor attitude and I understand bad days but she just kept complaing about her job if you don't like it find something else.

Food was excellent!! Loved the grits, waffles, bacon, and toast! I personally should have asked for eggs over medium but staff was friendly and helpful! Will be back!
