We visited this Waffle House around 2pm, so it wasn’t busy at all. They had 6-7 employees at the time. We waited 15 min and no one acknowledged us, I asked the the cook if he could send a person to help us and he said okay, however, 5 more minutes past and no one showed up or said anything. We got up and walked away. Do not waste your time and money at this location. Instead go to the Waffle House 965 Lanier Ave W Fayetteville, GA 30214. They do have great service and the food is amazing.
Staff is unprofessional!!!! Filed complaint due to cook attempting to fight because customer complained about food. Cook came behind counter to try to fight! GM called late hours regarding complaint and talked the whole time and never acknowledged how the staff acted! Customer was threatened by cook and GM was there and did nothing!!!! Pressing charges
I was served by these two women, but it was like I was served to be quickly ignored and forgotten about. None of theme came to check on my drink status or overall satisfaction of my meal.
