Customer service is awful. I stood and waited for at least 15 minutes no one ever acknowledged me. I told one of the staff I was picking up an order and she told me to wait still no service after another 15 minutes. Then when I asked another staff she asked angrily what was my name and she would put my order in shortly.
This Waffle House was on point today. The service was fantastic, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was great! Hands down the waffle and grits were so good!! Thank you to our waitress who was genuinely nice.
Omg This is by far one of the best experiences and most friendly Waffle House I have ever went too! Joshua, Syide, BJ took great care of me! I surely will he back when I am in town Parking: Clean
