Waffle House

Stopped in and I was actually greeted by most of the staff that was on shift. As I ordered and waited every person eventually spoke. The atmosphere was inviting because everyone was actually getting along and you couldn't feel any tension. Most times I go to any waffle house it is real ghetto and the workers have attitudes. The young lady that took my order was polite and didnt rush me when looking over the menu. I wasn't there long waiting for my order which was a good thing and I gave all 5 employees a $4 tip each. Even though they all did not wait on me I appreciated the vibe.

Omg service was horrible. we waited at least 30minutes for the waiter to say iam the only server so give me some time i will be back with you.the waiters Name was Danny He finaly came to the table to ask if we wanted something to drink 10 minuteslater and if we were ready to put our order in. He went and attended other tables and cleaned while we sat there waiting to put our food order in. It felt like he didn't want to help us because we were Hispanic. And then the cook did not cook the food right it was nothing but oil. I got sick when I got home. Horrible service my husband had an elergic reaction. Because of all the old oil in the food. one of the other workers that was there I think he was a cook went to sleep at one of the tables. And some lady was at a table sleeping also. I will never go back to this waffle house. And don't recommend any one to go there unless they want Horrible service.

I know waffle house has a know rumor "dont go to waffle house its nasty" but this one normally is good. Not this time service was not okay at all I didnt get what I ordered and to top it all off I found a hair in my food. Of course it was hush hush and a discount but they didn't offer to replace my plate of food I had to ask. I will not be returning to this waffle house for the lack of service and cleanliness!
