Some of the best sushi in Miami right now. So fresh so delicious, the vibe is really open and airy. Smaller sushi portions but worth the quality. The poke bowl was huge and delicious.
We had an incredible dinner at Wabi Sabi. I had the 12 piece Omakase over rice (picture) and it was amazing. The salad dressing that comes with the house salad is the best I have ever had and they bottled some up and gave it to us. Highly recommended. We were very happy customers!
I recommend this restaurant for many reasons: the quality of the food is exceptional, all the ingredients seem freshly taken from their natural environment, the food at the right temperature, the explosion of flavors in the mouth. The service was impeccable. I recommend sitting at the bar.
