I come here a lot.. I ordered curbside pickup at the Baldwin Park location when arrived we parked right in front as they don't have designated parking for curbside and called their phone number four times (kept going to voice mail?) before they finally answered, the girl was rude all she said was "Here you go" I've worked in customer service for over 7 years and that goes a long way to represent their company.. disappointed????????♀️
The food is great but I had an encounter with hair being on top of my rice and a different time on my veggies and it was the same person taking my order and serving the rice and veggies with no hair net or hat and it’s always constant with that person to not wear a hair net or hat.
