Not the authentic pho I thought I would be getting when I searched for pho while in Brentwood. They bring the food to your table and the atmosphere is light. Recommend the coconut!

A few of us from work tried Vui's for lunch. I ordered pho and they both got Bánh Mì. The pho was pretty good, but they really skimped on the beef & the portion size could be larger for the price. It isn't served "build your own," so everything except the Sriracha & hoisin sauces & lime is in the bowl together. I prefer choosing how much of each herb or veg I put in my bowl to build the flavor profile I want. The broth in the pho was really good. ???? Otherwise, it wasn't in my top 5 bowls in Middle Tennessee. I liked the mandarin cardamom fountain drink. It was pretty refreshing and not oversweetened. My friends got the pork belly Bánh Mì and they both really liked it. The meat portion on the sandwich was good for the value. Their menu is fairly limited, which is refreshing & helps on food prep. Would I go back? To get their to-go bone broth in the take & go cooler - definitely.

Uber eats came quick! < 30 mins. The portion was not the biggest but the pho was tasty. Their menu is simple, beef, chicken, vegan pho, vermicelli, rice plates, and banh mi. So don’t expect the normal extensive pho menu but they did not disappoint. The delivery order came in ready-to-eat containers and even disposable pho spoons! Never seen such attention to detail in take-out orders. The price is pretty high for the portion. $12-15 for each menu item. Each pho comes with one packet sriracha and one packet hoisen. Extra packets is .25 each FYI
