Swissvale vocellis is terrible..the large pizza looks like a small and they can't even cut the pizza into triangle slices. This has happened the last 3 times I went..im done going back
Ordered through Uber eats two set of pizza rolls. Wanting 1 spinach and mushrooms, the other pepperoni. Unfortunately i ordered two pepperoni by accident so I called to see if I could modify that order. I was told oh it was already made and there's nothing they could do. Which was surprising customers service.... the worst part about the whole experience, It took almost two hours for an order 2.6 miles away and pizza rolls were COLD.. tough lesson learned.
Under NEW MANAGEMENT and things are looking better Pick-up and DELIVERY available now! We call now enjoy a great tasting meal!
