There was a long line when we got there but it moved quickly. For the agua fresca, the passion fruit was the winner but we also tried the lime with sugarcane which was very citrusy. The reina arepa was my favorite. The mixed grill meat plate for 1 was a hearty size. We tried the arepa cachapa which was a nice mix of sweet and savory. Empanadas were good take out for the road.
Clean, welcoming store with menu in Spanish and English. There are plenty of tables both inside and outdoors. The arepas are reasonably priced and totally delicious. The corn-mill cakes are toasty, fresh, and stuffed with your choice of filling. Besides the Reina Pepiada & the Shredded Beef arepas, we enjoyed the fried plantains and the yuca root fries. Service was energetic and friendly. Great dining experience. Make sure to pay a visit when in Vegas.
Food was mediocre. There was a chicken bone in my arepa and a hair in my cheese empanada. Flies inside the restaurant bothered me the whole time as well. Seemed like I was bothering the cashier with ordering. I won't be back.
