Viva Chicken Summerville

Ordered the whole Chicken with arroz chaufa (PERUVIAN FRIED RICE), solterito (PERUVIAN CORN SALAD) and yuca. The chicken was delicious and cooked to perfection! Chicken was enhanced with the provided sauces and not sure which one was the family favorite. By the end of the meal we were mixing the sauces for some extra blended flavor. Truly a celebration for your taste buds! Peruvian fried rice (arroz chaufa) was real good, my favorite of the three sides. Peruvian corn salad wasn't bad, had good flavor, just not my favorite. However, when the rice was blended with the corn salad....it worked! The yuca...not really sure how to explain this one. Flavors of the yuca with it's dipping sauce were mild and the yuca I guess had the same texture and similar to a potato wedge but more dense...if that makes sense. Again, not horrible just different. All three sides were good and worth testing out. All in all....the Chicken was extremely delicious and it was fun trying out the sides...definitely a

Excellent food and service! The food was so fresh and packed with flavor. We got the chicken and it was so juicy and the yuca had the perfect crunch. As for the service, the staff was so quick and friendly and the location is super clean.
