I read the comments on this page before I came here, I must say, anyone Not like this food or this Café clearly does not appreciate a good South Texas Café. I came for morning coffee. I'm impressed this Viva Café is tidy and clean, with a south Texas flavor to it, the food ( breakfast burritos) I found to be fresh, and good coffee . I'll be back
Viva cafe has the best burritos in town. Their home made tortillas are fabulous. Great costumer service!
This is the far the best place to get your menudo fix! And did i mention, all you can eat menudo..... Very friendly and fast service They have the best burritos in town...
