Viva Burrito

I usually go here during the week in the morning. And I enjoy the service immensely. But I’ve been twice on Saturday afternoon and the same person was there both times. A very rude and impersonal employee. Makes me want to never go back there. I can’t believe the rudeness when working customer service.

Terrible customer service-ordered beef taquitos two different times and I got chicken-when I went back again and told the guy at the window what happened he said the woman who makes it doesn't speak English- yet he speaks Spanish and then he told me he didn't know how to say beef in spanish! He then blew me off by saying he had other customers to wait on!

While eating my burrito I found a screw in it! I called and the person who answered told me to call the next morning when the manager was in. I called at noon and then when I asked to speak to the manager, the person on the phone lied to me and told me the manager wasn’t there. I went on to explain that I was asked to call after finding a screw in my burrito, and she immediately handed the phone to the manager. I told the manager about my order and finding a screw and the manager’s response was “oh yeah. They told me about that.” Not once during the call did she apologize.
